FALL CARNIVAL - Volunteer Signups

We are looking for volunteers to be in charge of the following games/activities:

-PRIZE WALK - Setup PTA speakers and Mic, buy prizes, setup and decorate area with classroom chairs. Highschool Volunteers will run this activity.

-GUESSING GAMES: Buy pumpkin, Buy prizes, Decorate area with guessing jars, pumpkin, and guessing papers. Find winners at 6pm. Give winner names to the DJ to announce.

-FREE POPCORN AND LEMONADE STAND- Setup area for high school volunteers to make popcorn and lemonade. Purchase popcorn kernels. Highschool Volunteers will run this activity.

-HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEER LIAISON- Checks in, signs off on hours at the end of night.

*All expenses can be repaid by pta with receipts.

PLEASE COMMENT WITH WHAT ACTIVITY YOU WOULD LIKE TO RUN.

Please bring bagged candy that will be passed out at our game booths.

Drop off in bins next to front office between 10/19-10/23.

Sell tickets before and/or afterschool.

Deliver sold wristbands to teachers mailboxes on Friday 10/23.

Volunteers to Pre-set up game booths. Most Jobs will be assigned on day of. If you are looking for specific job, see event leads.

To Do:

Pull pop out tents out of carnival shed. Set up and zip tie together, screw into asphalt if it (hasn't been replaced yet).

Hang lights in each tent and daisy chain power cables.

Room Reps find assigned games with instructions and verify all pieces are accounted for.

Most Jobs will be assigned on day of. If you are looking for specific job, see event leads.

Help Room Reps and Art Docents put away game booths.

Volunteers to jump in and find a group to clean up with. There will be plenty to do.

Cleanup all event areas, put away tables, put away signage, put away lemonade and popcorn machines.

Clean up usually last 1 hour to 90 minutes with all hands on deck.

Cleanup team.

Help keep our school clean and pickup any trash left behind.

Gloves, Trash bags, buckets, and pickup tools provided.

Portable tables 6 - 8 feet.

Drop off Friday Morning. Take home Saturday night - Monday Morning.
