There are lots of ways to help—from setting up and working the event to helping with concessions, bingo, the kids’ area, and clean-up. You don’t have to commit to the whole night—any amount of time you can give is appreciated!
Our school events cannot happen without volunteers like you! If you can lend a hand, please let us know. Every volunteer makes a difference! 💚💛

You can sign up for more than one — just pick each slot you'd like.
Help us get everything ready before Bingo Night! Volunteers will help arrange tables and chairs, set up bingo stations, organize prizes and supplies, and make sure everything is ready for our families when they arrive.
Help run the raffle table throughout Bingo Night! Volunteers will help families purchase raffle tickets, answer questions, collect tickets, and keep the raffle table organized.
Sell bingo cards at the front table, collect payment, and help guests get everything they need before the games begin. Be friendly, welcoming, and ready to answer any quick questions about cards or pricing!
Help to sell our concessions!
Volunteers will walk around during Bingo Night offering tickets to guests, collecting payment, and keeping track of tickets sold.
