Pumpkin Bowling Activity
Overview
Kids will decorate cups to look like pumpkins, stack them into a pyramid, and roll a small pumpkin or orange ball to knock them down.
Approx. Times
12:35-01:00 (Crafting): Conference Room.
01:00-01:30 (Bowling): File Room. Note: Keep the front doors closed during this activity.
12:30-01:30 (Snacks): Conference Room for breaks or wrap-up.
Materials Needed
White styrofoam cups (24 total)
Black markers (15 total)
Small pumpkins or orange balls (2 total)
How It Works
Decorate: Kids use the black markers to draw jack-o'-lantern faces on the white styrofoam cups in the Conference Room.
Setup: Move to the File Room and stack the decorated cups into a pyramid shape at the end of the "bowling lanes."
Play: Kids take turns rolling the pumpkins or orange balls to knock down the cup pyramids.
