GHPV - (Adult) Volunteer Game Day Ticket, Concession Sales & XC Drinks/Snacks
Organized by GHPV PSO Athletics
*Sign Up Dates are being entered this week *
We are asking for adult volunteers for every home game for FLAG FOOTBALL, VOLLEYBALL and snacks/hydration drinks for CROSS COUNTRY. All rolls are on a first come first to serve basis.
All on-site volunteers for Flag Football and Volleyball must have a completed and approved 2026-2027 background check and wear a PSO shirt. Please wear your PSO shirt during your approved volunteer shift so GHPV staff, students, and guests can easily identify you as a game-day volunteer. Each volunteer receives a complimentary entry ticket to a future game of their choice.
The following volunteer roles require approved background check & PSO shirt:
FLAG FOOTBALL (Athletic Field):
Scorebook keeper from the table
Concession Sales
Gate Fee/Door Monitor
VOLLEYBALL (Eagle Mountain Volleyball Club)
Scorebook Keeper from the table
Linesman (training video provided)
Entry Fee (for game attendees only)
Please Email Elizabeth or Hugh Joo at athletics@prairieviewpso.com if you have any additional questions.
