Each gathering is guided by the energy of that specific moon , with a specialized flow & gift bag to match. We’ll move through breathwork + a gentle, intentional flow, receive hands-on assists & Reiki, & soften into yoga nidra with a deeply soothing sound bath.

We close by the fire, releasing what no longer serves with a simple intention-burning ritual.

Blocks & blankets are available — but limited!
Please bring a mat, water bottle, bug spray, any personal props & a favorite blanket.
