SignUpReady was born out of frustration. Like, the kind of frustration you feel when you're trying to coordinate 30 parents for field trip chaperones using a messy spreadsheet that nobody can figure out how to edit.
Our founder, Sarah, was serving as PTA president when she realized there had to be a better way. After spending hours managing volunteer signups through email chains, shared documents, and handwritten lists, she knew families deserved something simpler.
So she built it. What started as a simple tool for her school quickly grew as other parents, coaches, church leaders, and community organizers discovered SignUpReady and asked to use it too.
