Depending on the organizer's settings, your name and what you signed up for may be visible to other participants. Email addresses and phone numbers are never shared with other participants unless the organizer explicitly chooses to display them.

With Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate our service, such as:

Signup sheet data is retained according to the organizer's preferences. Deleted signup sheets are moved to trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
