Sports Team Snacks for Sports Teams

The post-game snack is sacred in youth sports. Create a snack signup sheet with one slot per game, share it at the parent meeting, and every family knows exactly which Saturday they are on snack duty.

Tips for Sports Teams

Youth sports teams from Little League to club soccer run a snack rotation where each family takes a turn bringing post-game snacks and drinks. A signup sheet with one slot per game date eliminates the confusion and makes sure no game goes unsnacked.

Specify Snack and Drink Separately

Create two slots per game date — one for snacks and one for drinks — so the load is split between two families and nobody is buying for the whole team alone.

List Team Allergies Up Front

Put allergy information in the sheet description. If any player has a nut or dairy allergy, every snack parent needs to know before they shop.

Note the Headcount

Include the number of players plus siblings who typically attend in the sheet description. Parents need to know if they are buying for 12 kids or 20.
