SignUpReady + Make — at a glance
- Make (formerly Integromat) is a visual workflow automation platform connecting 1,800+ apps. SignUpReady's Make integration is in private beta as of May 2026.
- Make's drag-and-drop scenario builder supports branching (routers), iteration (over arrays), and built-in error handling — capabilities that flat automation tools lack.
- Triggers include New Signup, New Sheet, Slot Filled, Signup Canceled, and Waitlist Promoted; waitlisted signups are excluded from default triggers.
- Make's pricing is operation-based ($9/month for 10,000 operations on the Core plan), often cheaper than task-based competitors for multi-step workflows.
- Make offers EU-region accounts for organizations with GDPR data-residency requirements.
- SignUpReady's Make integration will require Plus ($9/month) or Pro ($29/month) at public launch.
- Beta access is requested by submitting the beta request form on this page (no SignUpReady account required, but logging in pre-fills your email).

How It Works
4 simple steps to get started
Request Beta Access
SignUpReady's Make integration is in private beta as of May 2026. Sign up for SignUpReady (free) and submit the beta request form on this page to request the Make connector.
Add SignUpReady as a Trigger Module
In Make's scenario builder, search for 'SignUpReady' and add it as a trigger module. Authenticate with your SignUpReady API key. Pick the trigger event: New Signup, New Sheet, Slot Filled, or Waitlist Promoted.
Build the Scenario
Drag-and-drop action modules to build your workflow. Use Make's routers for conditional branching ('if the sheet category is potluck, send to one destination; if volunteer, send to another'). Use iterators to process arrays. Built-in error handling routes failures to a separate path.
Schedule or Run On-Demand
Toggle the scenario on. Make polls the SignUpReady webhook for new events and executes the scenario in real time. Make Cloud handles retries, error logging, and concurrent execution.
Why Use Make
Visual Scenario Builder
Make's drag-and-drop canvas makes complex automations approachable. See your entire workflow at a glance, including branches, loops, and error paths.
Branching & Iteration
Routers (if/else logic) and iterators (loop over arrays) let you build workflows that aren't possible in linear automation tools. Send different signups to different destinations.
EU Data Residency
Make is based in the Czech Republic and offers EU-resident data centers. Useful for organizations with GDPR compliance requirements.
Lower Cost Per Operation
Make's pricing is based on operations rather than tasks, often making multi-step automations significantly cheaper than equivalent Zapier workflows.
Popular Use Cases
How organizations use Make with SignUpReady
Multi-Destination Routing
Use a router module to send potluck signups to one Google Sheet, volunteer signups to a Slack channel, and parent-teacher conference signups to a Salesforce contact list — all from one scenario.
Bulk Export Workflows
On a schedule (every Sunday night), iterate over all sheets, pull a count of signups, and email the organizer a weekly summary. Make's scheduling + iteration handles this without code.
Error-Tolerant Pipelines
Use Make's error handlers to route failed Mailchimp adds (e.g., invalid email format) to a separate Google Sheet for manual review, while letting valid signups continue flowing.
Custom Analytics Pipelines
Pipe new signups into a data warehouse (BigQuery, PostgreSQL) via Make's database modules. Build custom dashboards in Looker, Metabase, or Tableau off the raw event stream.
