Connect SignUpReady in Zapier
Inside Zapier, search for 'SignUpReady' and add it as a trigger. Authenticate with your SignUpReady API key (generated from your dashboard). Pick the trigger event: New Signup, New Sheet, Slot Filled, or Waitlist Promoted.
Choose an action app
Pick the destination: Google Sheets (log every signup as a row), Slack (post to a channel), Mailchimp (add to a list), Airtable (create a record), Notion (create a page), or any of 7,000+ supported apps. Map the signup fields to your destination.
Zap is live
Every new signup on your sheet automatically triggers your Zap. No manual exports, no copy-paste, no spreadsheet wrangling. Zapier handles retries and error logging.
